We just posted our official announcement of our new neighborhood, The Farmhouses at Augusta Point. We showed you two of our great floorplans being built in the neighborhood, but we have three more to share with you guys!
The Glenwood
As of right now, we have two lots set to be a Glenwood plan. Both vary in size, but are the same in concept. While one is being built on a slab and has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, the other one is being built on a full basement with a 2 car garage. If you finish the basement, you could have a 4th bedroom or Bonus Room and a 3rd full bath. The Carrington
This plan is also going to be on two different lots! Again, varying in size but not in concept. Both homes will be an entertainers dream home, with a wide open plan and beautiful granite countertops, sure to make your home the envy of friends and family. Again, one home is being built on a slab and will have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The other one is being built on a basement and has the potential of having 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The Grandview
And last, but certainly not least, The Grandview plan. Our largest floorplan includes a 2 car garage, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths PLUS a main level office. This home is great for families or those who just love to host others! The Grandview has a separate dining room with open kitchen and large island (yes, with granite!) overlooking the family room. This home has potential to host the best dinners, sleep-overs, and watch parties! Entertainers, this one’s for you!
