Living ITP (inside the perimeter) offers all kinds of unique experiences. You won’t have to travel far for entertainment or good food. Here’s just a few of the annual events and nearby landmarks worth visiting:

  • East Atlanta Strut – Always on the third Saturday in September, this event never let’s you down. It’s put on entirely by volunteers and promises a parade, street market, live music, a community mural, llamas, a mechanical bull, adult big wheels, a kids village, and more. Awesome, right?
  • Starlight Drive-in Theatre– There are roughly 300 drive-in movie theaters left in the United States, and you’ll be living a few short miles from one! Starlight Drive-In opened in 1949, and is still up and operating offering up double features every day of the week. Saturday and Sunday they have the infamous Flea Market, full of all kinds of relics and goodies.
  • The Earl– This establishment was a corner stone in the reestablishment of the East Atlanta Village. Not only is it an eclectic watering hole, it’s host to many a musicians and is one of the most trusted live music venues around. Check out their list of performers!
  • Midway– You want a sports bar? We’ve got your sports bar and will raise you a bocce ball and corn hole league! Midway is an amazing local hangout with an enormous patio, large selection of craft beers, great food, and energetic patrons.

EAV Thai and Sushi You can get plenty stuffed for under $12.
Octopus Bar  Octopus bar represents the intersection between a local eatery and punk rock fine dining.
