My fiancé and I recently purchased a new construction home in Birkdale Village and were very pleased with the experience. West Main and Jennifer Murphy were extremely delightful to work with. The back and forth communication was constant and we always felt as if our needs and wants were their main priority. The buying experience with Jennifer from Avenue Realty was absolutely phenomenal.  Whatever questions we had throughout the process she ensured that we were properly guided which helped us move forward with our purchase.  Whether we came through to check on the house during the week or weekend, she always made sure we had access to the house at a moment’s notice.  Tim at West Main Construction helped us through all the key details of the house and added a personal touch that is rarely seen from a builder within the Atlanta market.  Even after moving in he consistently checked up on us to guarantee that all went well with our move and our expectations were met with our new home.  Jennifer and Tim make a wonderful team and me my wife are extremely happy we chose Birkdale Village as our home!
